We handle the notarization. You handle the legal work.
Your firm does the title review, document prep, and legal coordination. We handle the notarization — finding the right closer, confirming the appointment, executing the documents, and returning scan-backs the same day.
We work with real estate law firms across the country for purchase closings, seller packages, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and construction draws. Your firm tells us what's needed and when. We take it from there.
We don't pull from a pool of random agents. We use the same one or two closers in each market — people we've worked with repeatedly who know our process and know real estate documents. You get someone who's done this hundreds of times, not someone figuring it out at the table.
Attorney-closing states
In states where attorneys coordinate or supervise the closing — including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York — the notary's role is defined. We understand how attorney-closing procedures work in each state and we don't complicate your process.
Our closers know what documents need to be witnessed, what the notary's role is versus your firm's, and when to call you if something doesn't look right at the table. We've worked with law firms in these states before. We're not learning on your clients.
We currently cover markets in North Carolina and across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. If you need coverage in a state or county you don't see listed, submit a request and we'll tell you within the hour whether we can cover it.
Remote online notarization for law firms
If your firm handles closings where the borrower or signer can't be present, we can coordinate RON closings in states that authorize it. We use the same closers who handle your in-person work — same agents, same process, just on video.
RON is available in most states. Submit a RON request the same way you'd submit an in-person closing. We'll confirm availability and handle the logistics.
How it works
Submit a request
Property address, document type, date and time needed. Takes less than a minute.
We assign the right closer
Not the nearest available agent — the closer we use for that market. Someone we know.
Documents executed and returned
Scan-backs the same day. Originals shipped promptly. No chasing required.
We handle the same closings for your firm repeatedly with the same agents. Over time, they learn your firm's process, your document preferences, and how you like things handled. That consistency is worth something — especially at month-end when you can't afford surprises.

★★★★★
"I've used Pinpoint Field Services exclusively on my remote closings for a year or more, and I couldn't be happier with their process. Their portal is very user friendly, I can communicate directly with the assigned notary, and I get an email anytime something is updated. Their notaries are vetted and have to have real estate closing experience. I have zero complaints."

★★★★★
"As a settlement agent who works with several different mobile notary companies, I have to say Pinpoint is Top Notch. Michael and his team are quick, reliable and I never have to worry about a lack of experience. The process and systems for Pinpoint are so user friendly and makes my job that much easier."
— Settlement Agent, Omaha, NE
★★★★★
"I have been a Notary for 26 years and Pinpoint Field Services is one of the smoothest I have worked with. They have great communication and were very quick with payment. I would recommend working with this company."
